Off To Florida!
Well I’ll be on a flight to Florida in the morning and I’m pretty excited. I’ll be filming my two documentaries, gathering data for the third one, visiting my friends, getting a tattoo and best of all, spending time with my nephew!
It’s been an interesting process getting to this point. I’m also very nervous. Its kinda cool when you just decide to do what you know you should be doing and no matter how scary it is or nervous you may be, you move forward anyway. That’s where I am right now.
I did quit my job so I can do this. Calm down, that’s not out of the ordinary for me (last year I quit the same job so I could go on my trip to Germany and Ireland). The truth is, this is my life and I’m very aware of that. So if I want to do something I feel will enrich my life, I’m doing it. If there is a job in the way, its gone. That’s how it is. I can always get another job.
These projects feel very right. I’m amazed at how beautifully everything worked out. There hasn’t been any road blocks, etc. Sometimes I can tell when somethings just not right about my plans because there will be a lot of road blocks along the way. But not with this one, so we’ll see. :)
