The Fun Begins: Editing My Docs

Production Notes

Well I started really editing one of my docs this weekend. Boy, do I have a lot of work to do. hahaha Well I got 8 hours of footage down to a little less than 6 hours. Now all I have to do is get it down to less than 2 hours. Whoa!

Tomorrow I’ll be watching the six hours again so that I can pick out what’s important and what’s not and figure out how I’m going to use the footage to tell the story. I’m going to end up doing a phone interview with one of the twins. I forgot to ask one of them an important line of questions. I saw a spot in When the Levees Broke where they used a phone conversation to help tell the story and it worked really well so I should be able to do the same. *Smile*.
